The MP50 customizable smart card reader is a innovative product for ISO/IEC 7816-3 compliant smart cards. This product has been designed in close relationship with smart cards manufacturers in order to meet their specific requirements.
The MP50 is an attractive and easy-to-use smart card reader, which can be used for the development of applications in R&D as well as for test inspections in the unit production department.
The MP50 is fully compliant with the ISO/IEC 7816 smart cards. The MP50 is equipped with the MPScope software, which enables you to communicate with the smart card, write your own test scripts, modify the configuration and run shmoo plots.
It is also able to support custom protocols and synchronous cards by using the DLL special communication in order to enable the user to focus on the applications. A large list of APIs (Application Programming Interface) is also available to provide extensive control of the MP50 functions.
