Q-Card Welcomes Jim Tusing as Sales Manager
SUNBURY, PA – December 3, 2008 – Q-Card, one of the most trusted names in the card transaction market, welcomes Jim Tusing, who has over 20 years of sales and marketing experience in the Magnetic Head Industry, as their new sales manager.
Tusing was a former partner with G.L. Smith Associates, Inc., a Manufacturing Representative firm, specializing in sales of mechanical and electronic components to the OEM market. He began his career in the industry with Nortronics in 1986 as a Regional Manager. He was later promoted to Sales Manager for Nortronics which then became DRS Ahead Technology in 1997. During his tenure, he was a team member on several custom product design teams. Several of these designs are still being used in the magnetic card reading markets.

Tusing has also worked for General Cable, in the Wire and Cable Industry, and attended Westinghouse's Electric Supply sales training program. He is a graduate of Tiffin University with a degree in Business Management. He currently resides in Escondido, California with his wife Marlene.
