Brush Industries and Q-Card recently transitioned their existing Quality Management System to meet the requirements of the ISO 9001:2008 standard and earned certification by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).
An update to the ISO 9001-2003 standard, ISO 9001:2008 addresses quality management and other requirements affecting virtually all aspects of any company. It outlines requirements for what an organization does to fulfill their customers’ quality requirements, plus any applicable regulatory requirements while aiming to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve continual improvement of its performance.
With this certification, Brush Industries and Q-Card have continued their commitment to adhering to the most up-to-date ISO standards, providing customers with reliable service.
