Q-Card’s bend and torsion card durability tester is designed to assess the resistance of plastic magnetic stripe and chip cards. Heavy duty construction and simultaneous A axis, B axis and torsion testing makes this equipment ideal for use in a production setting. You can program the test parameters to your specific requirements, including test speed and count. Additionally, our tester has built-in safety features such as an emergency stop and a hood safety switch. Our equipment is factory tested and certified to the specified card deflection dimensions for each standard.

Dynamic Bend/Flexure Test

The Q-Card Bend & Torsion Card Tester is compliant with ISO/IEC 7810 and 10373-1, Mastercard CQM or ANSI INCITS 322 standards and is factory tested and certified to the specified card deflection dimensions for each standard. Each set of jaws holds the required number of cards per the ISO, CQM or ANSI standards.
