Relative Height / Surface Profile of Contacts Tester

Q-Card’s Relative Height / Surface Profile of Contacts Fixture is designed to determine the difference in thickness between the ICC contacts and its adjacent surfaces to verify compliance to card industry testing per Mastercard® CQM and ISO standards.

The fixture is manufactured of aerospace-grade aluminum alloy with a hard anodized, scratch-resistant, durable finish to provide years of rigorous testing and trouble-free service. It also features splayed feet and aggressive no-slip rubber pads for stability. The fixture includes a Mitutoyo digital gauge for superior accuracy and two stainless steel tips: a flat tip for CQM tests and a radius tip for ISO tests.
